Starting this book with the prologue I felt like I was the shell of the shell of the shell of Evie and the title was oh-so-accurate.  I kind of set the book down after just the the prologue and thought "wth am I getting myself into with this?"  Glad I continued on.

This ended up being a wonderfully written tale of love, loss and recovery.  This is a raw and emotional story that dug deep into my fat gut... but what really sold me on this one was the pure talent in the writing and the story telling.  The characters came to life for me and the plot smoothed out to a happy ending (did I just ruin it for you?).  

Marley has got it going on.  She is on my TBR list from now on.
