Well Suited (Red Lipstick Coalition #4) by Staci Hart

Chemistry is my love language.

I’ve always been able to separate feelings from chemosignals. A shot of dopamine, a dash of serotonin, and a sprinkle of oxytocin—and bam. You’re in love.

And when egg meets sperm, you’re pregnant.

I couldn’t even be surprised as I stared down at the little blue plus sign, because I knew exactly when and how, and with whom it happened.

When: approximately five weeks ago.
Who: one night stand.
How: prophylactic malfunction.

The upside? I don’t have to go looking for a suitable mate.

Genetically, he’s the cream of the crop. His musculature is a study in symmetry and strength, his height imposing and dominant. He is a man who thrives on control and command, a man who survives on intelligence and resourcefulness. A perfect male specimen.

And the whole package is wrapped up in a flawlessly tailored suit.

I’m having this baby, and he insists we’re well-suited to have it together. And what’s worse? He wants more, in the way of love and marriage.

But love isn’t real. It’s just a product of chemistry.

And if he changes my mind about that, we’re both in trouble.

Well, the end of the RLC is here and I’m feeling all kinds of things. I’m incredibly happy because i have a series that has made me laugh, smile and shed a few tears. I’m also sad because like any amazing journey, it’s so hard to say goodbye. I have loved every single story from these friends but Kate and Theo’s story is the  cherry on top of the cake.

I truly loved everything about this couple. They were so polar opposite but the chemistry they had was just so fun and different. Katherine isn’t the swoony giggling type. She’s definitely the most complex out of the four friends and i loved getting inside of her head. Theo had to work so hard for everything with Katherine, but that’s exactly what she needed. She needed someone to show her that it’s ok to surrender to what the heart wants and not let logic rule her all the time.

Theo is the most perfect hero Hart has ever written. He took care of Katherine in every possible way and it was everything. Like I said before, Katherine was a tough one to break, but Theo did break through all of her reason and rules. He did it with with kindness, patience, respect and most of all love. It’s freaking impossible not to fall for a man like that.

I have so enjoyed reading about these friends. Anytime I don some red lips I’ll be channeling the girls of the RLC and think about one of my all time favorite series. Cheers to Staci on another swoon worthy rom/com, I adored this one.
