Maybe Later by Claudia Y. Burgoa
Billionaire Jackson Spearman is impatient, demanding, and so private, he’s practically a recluse.
When his assistant goes on maternity leave, he finds himself in the hands of virtual assistant extraordinaire, Amy Walker. She’s inquisitive, far too optimistic and isn’t impressed with Jackson at all.
They can’t stand each other, but unfortunately, they can’t seem to resist each other, either. Soon, their work relationship starts to feel like something more…
Even when Amy meets her dream man in person, she can’t seem to stop thinking about her annoying online boss.
Suddenly, the girl who ’s never fallen in love before, finds herself falling for two men.
Both of them have everything she’s ever wanted. But she has to choose one.
Can Jackson convince her that he can be everything that she needs?
Or will her past come back to haunt them and ruin her chance at love?
Ohmanohmanohman… I loved this one.
First of all… I loved the layout Claudia took on delivering this story. Much of the story is written in email, messenger, and text exchanges between the hero and heroine. LOVED this concept.
Aside from laying out the plot in such a way, the characters, the twist, the actual plot, and their chemistry bounces off their electronic exchanges like no other.
This was creative in the implementation. The delivery is spot on. All of us that live behind our computer screens will definitely relate to this book!
