A struggling antiques collector finds herself falling in love with a millionaire playboy; but can she ever be a part of his world?

Meet the Naughty Princess Club, a series from USA Today bestselling author Tara Sivec that brings readers to Fairytale Lane and the hilarity—and romance—that three women fall into once they decide to strut their stuff and bring on their own happily ever after.

While her friends have broken free of their insecurities, Ariel Waters is struggling to come out of her shell. Her ex-husband took away her voice and her self-confidence, and Ariel is drowning under a sea of debt to afford the alimony she has to pay him. She refuses to ever fall for a man’s charms again, and is determined to make her own way.

When her house and her beloved antiques are taken by the bank after too many missed payments, Ariel finds herself adrift until the infuriatingly charming Eric Sailor comes to her rescue. Although she can’t stand the millionaire playboy, Eric’s kindness and unconditional support reveal hidden depths and a love that Ariel never imagined she could find.

But there are outside influences who will stop at nothing to keep them apart; can Ariel and Eric weather the storm and find a way to be together?

Sasha & Pet’s $0.02

Pet:There seems to be a lot of these deconstructed fairytales lately, but I have to admit that I love the spin that Tara Sivec has put on the three in this series. I don’t think you could get as far away, or stick as closely to, the story of The Little Mermaid as she did in this and still make it recognizable.

Sasha: What hooked me with this series is it still has the magic of the fairytales I loved as a kid, but it’s done so in a way that I can appreciate as a romance loving adult.

Pet:Ariel is fun and odd and has way more hang ups than you’d expect from the most outgoing of the three women so far. I really expected her to be ready to jump into stripping. Finding out why she isn’t, is enough to make me want to cut her ex.

Sasha: I loved her foul mouth and tough exterior. It totally worked for her character. There were several times that I could not stop laughing at her antics, and also empathize with her insecurities.

Pet:Eric absolutely cracked me up here. He’s been my favorite in this series from the beginning and I’m so glad he stayed as fun and dedicated to Ariel, or I’d have been really disappointed.

Sasha: Eric has also been a favorite of mine as well. His personality and blatant attraction to Ariel made him impossible not to love. In true prince fashion he was completely charming. And I adored the way he helped Ariel get her mojo back.

Pet:Eric’s subtle support of all of Ariel’s quirks makes him a god among men.

Pet:I wasn’t sure how Sivec was going to fit all the “under the sea” aspects of TLM into Ariel’s personality but she did a great job of hitting all the things that connected the two without being heavy handed with the references.

Sasha:The way everything was tied in was really clever. Like Pet said, it’s there but not overly so.

Pet:I’m sure that we’re going to find out that Vanessa and Ariel are connected in some way. Genetically.

Pet:I hope this isn’t the last in this series. Some of my favorite parts of the books in this series is finding the Easter Eggs Sivec has slipped in when you didn’t expect them and having that ah-ha moment when you find one.

Sasha: I’m definitely hoping for more books in this series as well. They’re funny, lighthearted, romantic and I honestly can get enough. I absolutely loved this entire series and this book in particular happened to be my favorite.
