UnScrew Me (Savage Beast MC #1) by Hayley Faiman
Thirty-two and single, Presley wants to start over. She’s only going through the motions--just breathing, not living. It isn’t the life she’s always imagined.
She should be married, with a little house and a few children, maybe even a labrador to greet her after a long day of teaching third graders.
Treasurer for the Savage Beast MC, Silver lived life hard. At forty-five he’s seen and done it all--twice.
A single father in need of someone who could love him, and his boy. He’s given up on ever finding a woman who fit him--fit them.
Two people breathing. Two people wanting to be loved. One an outlaw. One an innocent. Two people who could not be more opposite, yet when their worlds collide, so does their chemistry.
It’s no secret that Hayley always writes the characters that I love to hate. Silver is absolutely of no exception. But why do I love to hate him? Because he’s real. As real as I would assume a biker is anyway. I don’t know if you know this, but I’m not in an MC, so I’m not sure. But he’s a jerk. He makes no promises that he can’t keep and there is no flowery romance with this guy. Which I love. I certainly am not wishing him as my book boyfriend… besides, he’s banging the teacher.
Unscrew Me is rude and crude and full of characters that are just… dirty. Full of violence and sex and the life I imagine to be the biker life… it feels REAL. No flowers or romance. This is not your missionary style, vanilla romance. But fuck, it’s good. Really really good.
Hayley brings the dirty life into my house with every release. She does it right. Right up my alley. The lives and characters I always love to hate.
And seriously. Silver is a dick.
